We provide case management services to those who have incurred a DWI charge in North Carolina, but currently reside in another state.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED TREATMENT:
We can review your treatment information to ensure that it complies with NC standards.
We will then use the information to process your E-508 Form to the NC DMV.
This lets them know that you have completed the necessary treatment and
it will clear your NC license for reinstatement.*
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT BEGUN THE REQUIRED TREATMENT:
We will locate a facility near you that can provide you with a treatment program
that will satisfy NC standards. We will prepare all the necessary documentation,
contact the facility to inform them of your situation, and ensure that you are placed
in an appropriate program. Once you have completed your treatment,
we will review it; once it is approved, we will submit your E-508 Form to the NC DMV.
This will let them know that you have completed the necessary treatment and it
will clear your NC license for reinstatement.*
*All other fines, fees, and requirements must be satisfied for the charge to be cleared.
